How Long is the Test Turnaround?

Once You Take your test and send your sample off to the lab we advise that you wait between 7 to 10 working days before you should receive your results, the results will be emailed to you.

 

What Do I Do After I Receive My Results?

Your results will explain to you if you have a problem with any of the 44 common foods, if you have we advise that you remove these foods from your diet for between 2- 3 months, then slowly re-introduce these foods, If you have any foods which are borderline you should be aware of eating these foods.
After the 2-3 months you can reintroduce the foods one by one but If your symptoms return when a particular food is re-introduced, the food should again be removed from the diet.
